Kitchen gardens are more and more common in the city. On windowsills, façades or rooftops, in collective or private spaces, and even in our parks, kitchen gardens are making their comeback in the city!

Food crop cultivation has been reappearing in cities in recent years, and Brussels is no exception to this veritable wave of enthusiasm. Did you know that in fact 350 hectares are devoted to collective and individual kitchen gardens here, representing more than 4500 parcels?
